Rose & Nangabire is a feature-length documentary, which is currently being produced by Arts Engine's production department, Big Mouth Films. The film follows the story of a mother and daughter who were separated by ethnic conflict in the Democratic Republic of Congo and are reunited over a decade later in Phoenix, Arizona. Shira edited a fifteen-minute rough cut that screened at the 2007 IFP Market. She also cut a development trailer and designed promotional materials for the project.

Election Day is a feature-length documentary, produced by Arts Engine's production department, Big Mouth Films. The film was shot in a single day -- November 2nd, 2004 -- by over a dozen camera crews around the United States, capturing citizens of all stripes making the most of their right to vote. Shira edited the film's trailer, which streams on the Election Day website and on YouTube. She also designed promotional materials for the film, including a postcard, press kit, CDs, and an election-day-style "I Voted" button that was distributed when the film premiered at the 2007 South by Southwest Film Festival (SXSW).

Asexuality: The Making of a Movement is a feature-length documentary, which is currently being produced by Arts Engine's production department, Big Mouth Films. The film explores the world of Asexuals, a growing community of people who are out about not wanting to have sex. With segments on The View and 20/20, the small group has been gaining visibility, while at the same time many outside the community just don't get it. Shira edited an eight-minute development trailer for the film. She also created original illustrations that she incorporated into the trailer and that are featured on promotional materials for the project.
