Arts Engine's Independent Producers' Outreach Toolkit is a step-by-step guide to planning grassroots distribution for documentary films. In addition to designing the cover and layout, Shira was the Co-Editor of the book, which includes contributions from award-winning filmmakers Judith Helfand, Kathy Leichter and others. As Arts Engine's Director of Education & Outreach, Shira also conducted one-on-one outreach consultations for individual filmmakers.
