Good vegan mac and cheese

Just made a variation on this vegan mac and cheese recipe and it was awesome. It's of the nutritional yeast variety, which I've grown to love more and more over the years. The sauce took only took a few minutes to make and was really delicious on penne.
The food in the photo here is at Mighty Diamond, and it's mighty indeed, though my personal favorite vegan mac and cheese in the city is at Foodswings. Yay cruelty-free comfort food!
